Proud to say she is San Diego native, Rosella attended San Diego State University and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. She joined Tri-City’s Marketing Department in 2012 and shortly after that she transferred to the Human Resources Department where she was responsible for employee communications and events. In her current position with the Foundation, she is responsible for all Donor Relations and Foundation events including the Annual Diamond Ball.
With nearly 15 years non-profit experience, she has primarily concentrated her efforts in marketing, public relations, employee communications and event planning. For nearly a decade Rosella served as the Director of Communications for the Burn Institute.
In her spare time, Rosella enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her “Italian” family. She resides in San Diego with her husband and daughter.
