Charlie Martin had a long and successful business career as a leader in a variety of companies before becoming certified as an Executive Leadership Coach, Speaker, Author (The Tools of Engagement). He has functional experience and has been in operations, sales, customer service, HRD and corporate accounting in addition to many years in general management roles (EVP, Sr. VP, COO, CEO) with full P&L responsibility. He has led small teams of professionals as well as large teams (8,000) dispersed globally.
He made the decision to move to full time coaching, speaking and writing in 2001 and completed the Executive Leadership Coaching training at Georgetown University and also invested the time and experience to become certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation. He also invested the time with Drs. Rober Kegan and Lisa Lahey of the Harvard Graduate School of Education and founders of Minds at Work, to become a trained facilitator of the Immunity to Change Workshops.
Think Change works with a wide variety of clients both female and male in a wide range of industries.
Charlie Martin hold a B.S and MA in business from The University of Central Missouri and continues to study change and human behavior.
