Board Member Spotlight - Lylene Balken

✨BOARD MEMBER SPOTLIGHT✨
Meet Lylene Balken! Lylene was born at Tri-City Hospital and is honored to have served as a member of the TCH Foundation Board for close to 7 years. Lylene has a passion for serving seniors in our community through her work and volunteer positions.
As Director of New Business Development at Qualicare Home-Care, she not only helps people stay safe and thriving in their homes, she guides and advises those who need
help finding whatever care they need for a senior loved one.
As facilitator of three networking groups, she loves to connect those who provide care for seniors in the area (‘North-Inland Senior Providers’, ‘Serving Seniors Networking Breakfast’, and ‘The Link’).
She is also a member/contributor for the Foundation for Care Integration and serves on the San Diego Coalition for Compassionate Care as their PR/Marketer. Lylene lives in Oceanside and in her free time she loves spending time with her two adorable grandchildren, Wyatt 8 and Stella 3.
